Acceptable Use Policy (Fair Use)

The following is strictly prohibited: • Attempting to reveal, extract, or manipulate the System Prompts (base instructions) of our Artificial Intelligence through Prompt Injection techniques or adversarial attacks. • Using responses generated by our API to train competing language models (alternative hotel SaaS products). • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code, algorithms, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture of hotelchatbook®. • Performing stress tests, vulnerability scans, or security audits on our infrastructure without UNOZERO's prior written authorization.

"Unlimited" plans are subject to reasonable commercial use. If an account generates a volume of messages, "token" (LLM) consumption, or API requests exceeding 300% of the average for clients on the same tier (for example, due to a bot attack on their WhatsApp channel, spam, or misuse of the web widget), UNOZERO reserves the right to: a) Apply Rate Limiting (response speed limitation). b) Temporarily pause the bot to protect the stability of the shared server cluster. c) Require an upgrade to a dedicated-infrastructure Enterprise plan. This measure protects the shared infrastructure used by all hotelchatbook® clients and does not constitute an unjustified service interruption nor entitle the User to a refund.

The bot must only be used for inbound messaging (responses to users who initiate the conversation) or permitted transactional notifications. It is strictly prohibited to use hotelchatbook® to send mass SPAM or unsolicited promotions that would jeopardize UNOZERO's Meta Tech Provider token. Violation of this section, in addition to termination of the service, may result in Meta permanently suspending the User's WhatsApp number, for which UNOZERO shall bear no responsibility.
