Rates, seasons and availability under your rules
An explicit price hierarchy · Quotes with or without a PMS
You configure room categories, base rates per occupancy, seasons and weekends. The bot quotes by applying your rules in order — it doesn't improvise.
Your bot shouldn't guess the price
A wrong quote costs more than guest trust — it forces you to honor a price you never set.
Every price comes out of the hierarchy you configured — and availability can come straight from your PMS.
How it works
Room categories and units
Group similar rooms by adult/child capacity, description and unit count — the description is what the bot uses to describe the room. Rooms under maintenance don't count toward availability.
Base rate by occupancy
The price per night for each occupancy combination (1 adult, 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child) — the default whenever no more specific rule applies.
Seasons and day type
Seasonal rates apply over date ranges — the most specific one wins on overlap. Weekend (Fri–Sun) vs. weekday pricing is set from the Calendar.
Promotions, packages and discount rules
Guest-visible promotions (3 active max on Freemium, unlimited on Matrix/Pro), traveler packages bundling room + services + cancellation policy, and conditional discount rules by stay length, booking window, season or category — both Matrix and Pro.
The order it decides the price in
Always the same order.
Always a price you can honor.
Quote by your rules, not from memory
Set up your rates and let hotelchatbook apply the hierarchy on every quote.
Activate hotelchatbookReal availability, connected to your PMS
The bot checks availability directly in your PMS during the conversation. Requires Matrix or higher; without a PMS, hotelchatbook shows availability from your own inventory.
