An AI that only answers what your hotel confirmed
A RAG knowledge base · No hallucinations
hotelchatbook doesn't improvise: it retrieves the answer from your hotel's knowledge base. And when it doesn't have a confirmed fact, it says so and escalates to a human.
The problem isn't that AI doesn't know — it's that it invents
A bot that fills gaps with guesses will promise a room you don't have at a price you never set.
hotelchatbook answers strictly within your hotel's verified data and policies.
How the training works
Where every answer comes from
General hotel info, rooms, services, rates, policies, location, uploaded images and custom FAQs — the knowledge base the bot retrieves from, not a general-purpose model.
Three confidence levels
Confirmed → answers directly. Partial → answers with "Usually…" or "Subject to confirmation." Unknown → says "I don't have confirmed information about this" and escalates to a human.
Missing information: the improvement loop
Every guest question it couldn't answer gets logged and surfaced in AI Training. You confirm the fact once, and it's in the knowledge base — the AI doesn't improve on its own, it improves with what you confirm.
Adapts to the type of guest
Direct Booker (35%) gets pricing and a booking CTA right away; Comparer (40%) gets the value proposition with soft urgency; Explorer (20%) gets inspiration, no pricing, email capture; Urgent (5%) gets availability first, details after.
It doesn't invent. It doesn't assume.
And when it doesn't know, it says so.
